Helping Hands was formed in 2007 as the mercy group of St. Elizabeth Parish. While it is impossible to list all of the many ways we have assisted people since our inception, some of the most regular include elderly visitation and transportation to those who have trouble getting around. We sponsor many annual events including luncheons for seniors, a fall muffin bake, the senior Christmas party, and the November Memorial Mass & Reception. We also assist families financially through direct payment utility bills, back to school help, Christmas help, or payment of religious education fees.
Through our acts of mercy we have come to realize that answering this call not only helps our faith community but also helps us to grow in our own faith.
Our group operates solely on donations of time, talent and treasure. Contributions are greatly appreciated through the year. Thank you for your continued generosity!
